Key Requirements
Basic knowledge of computer hardware components (CPU, RAM, HDD/SSD).
Proficiency in installing and configuring Windows and macOS operating systems.
Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity issues such as Wi-Fi and LAN.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and common productivity software.
Strong problem-solving skills for resolving Level 1 technical tickets.
Excellent communication skills to interact with clients onsite professionally.
Ability to travel to various sites within Mbeya for dispatch tasks.
Basic understanding of printer setup and peripheral troubleshooting.
Willingness to work on an on-call basis for urgent support requests.
Proactive attitude toward learning new IT support tools and methodologies.
