ACCOUNTANT @ ATOMIC REAL ESTATE
Atomic Real Estate is seeking a dedicated and experienced Accountant to join our team in Dubai International City. This role is an immediate opening and requires a professional who is ready to jump into daily accounting activities, ensuring high standards of financial reporting and records management. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the financial integrity of our real estate operations while navigating the specific regulatory landscape of the UAE.
The position involves extensive work with VAT and Corporate Tax compliance, requiring a thorough understanding of current laws and filing procedures. You will be expected to utilize Tally Prime and other accounting software efficiently, while coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders to streamline financial processes. Key Requirements
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of professional accounting experience within the UAE.
Prior experience working within the Real Estate sector is highly preferred.
In-depth knowledge of VAT filing procedures and regulations.
Familiarity with the Wage Protection System (WPS) in the UAE.
Strong understanding of the newly implemented UAE Corporate Tax laws.
Advanced proficiency in using Tally Prime and standard accounting software.
Expert-level skills in MS Excel for complex financial modeling and data entry.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Fluency in Malayalam is considered a significant advantage for this role.
Ability to manage financial records accurately and coordinate with external teams.
