SALES & MARKETING MANAGER @ ATLANTIC METAL LIMITED
Atlantic Metal Limited and Galata Wood & Furniture are currently seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our market expansion efforts in Zanzibar. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in promoting our high-quality aluminium windows, doors, and bespoke furniture interior solutions to a diverse client base including hotels, resorts, developers, and property owners.
In this role, you will be tasked with identifying new business opportunities, fostering strong professional relationships, and effectively managing the sales cycle from initial contact to closing. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with two growing brands that are committed to excellence in the Tanzanian construction and design sectors. You will report directly to management and ensure our products remain the preferred choice in the hospitality and residential markets.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related field
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Exceptional client relationship management capabilities
Professional proficiency in English and Kiswahili
Strong understanding of the construction, aluminium, or furniture industry
Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
High level of professionalism and self-motivation
Previous experience in the hospitality sector is highly preferred
Willingness to travel locally within Zanzibar to meet potential clients
