HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER @ ATA LIAISON
The Human Resources Manager at ata liaison will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR practices and processes. This position plays a critical role in supporting the organization's growth by managing human capital, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and fostering a productive work environment in Dar es Salaam.
The successful candidate will lead talent acquisition initiatives, manage performance appraisal systems, and facilitate employee relations. Additionally, you will work closely with the accounting department to support accurate payroll processing and maintain comprehensive records for the organization. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can balance operational HR tasks with long-term organizational goals.

Key Requirements
Bachelor degree in human resources management
Master degree in a related field is an added advantage
Minimum of 5 years of total working experience in HR
At least 3 years of experience specifically in an HR Manager role
Proven expertise in strategic HR planning and legal compliance
Proficiency in talent acquisition and performance appraisal methodologies
Experience in managing employee relations and payroll coordination
Ability to conduct HR training and analytical reporting
Proficiency in maintaining accurate personnel records and documentation
Strong interpersonal communication and organizational leadership skills
