FOOD SAFETY AUDITOR @ ASSURECLOUD
AssureCloud is expanding its operations and is currently seeking dedicated and experienced Food Safety Auditors to join its professional team. The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct comprehensive food safety and hygiene audits across various environments, including manufacturing facilities, retail outlets, and Quick Service Restaurants (QSR). You will be an integral part of the assurance process, helping clients navigate and maintain certification for international standards such as FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, and HACCP systems.
In addition to auditing, you will perform supplier audits and manage assurance programmes to ensure supply chain integrity. You will be responsible for delivering clear, high-quality audit reports and engaging directly with clients to provide expert guidance. This role requires a professional who is already based locally in the specified country, as the company is not providing relocation assistance. Key Requirements
Formal qualification in Food Science, Microbiology, Auditing, or a closely related field.
Proven experience in conducting food safety audits within a professional setting.
Comprehensive knowledge of GFSI-recognised schemes and standards.
Ability to support and audit certification processes including FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, and HACCP.
Exceptional communication skills for direct client engagement and reporting.
Strong ability to work independently with a high level of professional ethics.
Experience performing supplier audits and assurance programmes.
Proficiency in drafting detailed and professional technical audit reports.
Must be currently residing and based in the country where the application is made.
In-depth understanding of food safety regulations applicable to manufacturing and retail.
