Key Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in sales or business development.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Background in real estate or investment sales is highly preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
Proficiency in CRM tools and basic office applications.
Dynamic and self-motivated approach to sales activities.
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
High degree of professionalism and customer service orientation.
