SALES FORCE EXECUTIVE 20 POSITIONS @ ASSEMBLE INSURANCE
Assemble Insurance is actively seeking 20 dynamic and results-oriented Sales Force Executives to join our team in Dar es Salaam. The primary focus of this role is to drive the identification and development of potential and new business opportunities across various sectors. Executives will be responsible for managing both indirect and direct sales strategies, as well as preparing and responding to advertised tenders to secure new contracts and partnerships.
In addition to new business development, the successful candidates will be tasked with nurturing critical relationships with intermediaries, such as insurance agencies and brokers. This involves maintaining a consistent presence through scheduled daily, weekly, and monthly visits to ensure strong collaboration and support. We are looking for individuals with a strong background in business and a proactive mindset who can represent Assemble Insurance professionally and effectively in the competitive Tanzanian insurance market.

Key Requirements
Identification and development of potential and new business opportunities for indirect or direct sales.
Ability to manage and respond to advertised tenders effectively.
Nurture intermediaries such as agencies and brokers through daily, weekly, and monthly visits.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for professional engagement.
Must hold a Bachelor Degree or Diploma in a business-related field.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales role within the corporate sector.
A Certificate in Proficiency in Insurance (COP) is considered a significant added advantage.
Proven ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to handle diverse client portfolios.
Must be highly self-motivated and capable of working independently to meet targets.
