Key Requirements
Proven experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swahili and English.
Ability to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals effectively.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to work.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting.
Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing is a plus.
Deep understanding of local market trends and consumer behavior.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a high-pressure environment.
