Asrecruit solutions is seeking a disciplined and professional driver to join our team in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of goods or personnel, ensuring that all traffic regulations are strictly followed while maintaining the vehicle in excellent condition. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where reliability and professionalism are highly valued. The starting salary for this position is TZS 300,000 per month. We are looking for an individual who can handle flexible working hours and travel as necessary to support our operations throughout the region. Applicants should demonstrate a strong commitment to road safety and have a proactive approach to vehicle maintenance and route planning using modern navigation tools.
Key Requirements
Form IV education or above
Valid Class C driving licence or higher
At least 2 years of driving experience
Good driving record with no major accidents or traffic violations
Knowledge of road safety regulations
Basic vehicle maintenance skills
Honest, punctual, and professional conduct
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours and travel
Familiarity with GPS navigation and Tanzanian road networks
