Asrecruit solutions is seeking a passionate and dedicated Beauty Shop Attendant to join a growing beauty business in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day shop operations, providing personalized beauty advice to customers, and ensuring the sales floor remains attractive and well-stocked. You will play a vital role in creating an inviting atmosphere that drives customer loyalty and brand growth. This position offers a competitive monthly salary of TZS 500,000, complemented by performance-based bonuses tied to achieving specific sales KPIs. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and has a genuine interest in the beauty industry. Key Requirements
Female candidates only
Certificate or higher qualification
Minimum 2 years’ sales experience
At least 1 year in a beauty shop, SPA, or salon
Fluent in English and Kiswahili
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Good grooming and professional appearance
Knowledge of beauty products
Ability to work toward sales targets
Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking
