Asrecruit solutions is looking for a creative and confident Beauty Sales & Marketing Officer to help expand our brand presence in the market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving business growth through effective marketing initiatives. This is a dynamic role for someone who is passionate about beauty products and possesses the skills to influence customer purchasing decisions. During the probation period, the successful candidate will receive a salary of TZS 500,000 per month. Applicants must be results-oriented and prepared to meet sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service. You will be expected to represent the brand professionally and provide insights that contribute to our ongoing success in the competitive beauty industry.
Key Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in beauty sales and marketing
Excellent communication skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Proven ability to drive business growth
Creative thinking and initiative
Confident personality with a passion for beauty products
Ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior
Proficiency in building and maintaining client databases
Strong presentation skills for product promotion
Educational background in Business, Marketing, or a related field
