PROJECT COORDINATOR: FIBER OPTICS @ ASPIREHR CONSULTANCY
The Project Coordinator for Fiber Optics is a vital role responsible for overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of fiber optic network deployment projects. This includes managing planning phases, site preparation, installation, and final testing to ensure that infrastructure meets industry standards for speed and reliability. You will be the primary point of contact for field crews, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring that projects remain on schedule and within budget constraints.
In this position, you will work closely with OSP/ISP teams to manage the successful rollout of FTTH and FTTX architectures. The role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting field issues, maintaining high standards of quality control through OTDR testing and splice log verification, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with project permits and right-of-way regulations.

Key Requirements
Diploma in Telecommunications, Electronics, or Information Technology
1+ years of experience in fiber optic network deployment, testing, or maintenance
Strong understanding of FTTH and FTTX project lifecycles
Proficiency in monitoring splice logs and OTDR test results
Capability to manage project budgets and procurement of materials
Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients and stakeholders
Experience in coordinating field crews and subcontractor teams
Knowledge of permitting processes and right-of-way documentation
Ability to produce detailed progress reports and manage project timelines
Strong problem-solving skills to address deployment delays and technical risks
