Key Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Finance
Minimum five years experience in marketing, business development or commercial roles
At least three years experience in financial services or microfinance
Demonstrated track record of client acquisition and revenue growth
Digital marketing literacy
Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities
Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills
Able to interpret complex market data and derive actionable insights
Proven ability to lead and motivate a high-performing marketing team
Strong understanding of market trends and competitive landscapes
