CIVIL MASON @ ASHRATECH

Key Requirements
7–10 years of masonry experience specifically in fit-out and renovation projects.
Strong ability to read and interpret technical construction drawings and site instructions.
Proficiency in using a wide variety of masonry hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet strict project deadlines.
Strong teamwork and collaborative skills to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary site team.
Physically fit and capable of performing demanding manual labor in a construction site environment.
Effective communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of Arabic is considered a major plus.
Possession of a valid UAE driving license is highly preferred for mobility between different sites.
Extensive expertise in tile setting including precision alignment and high-quality finishing techniques.
In-depth knowledge of mixing mortar, cement, and other construction materials to exact specifications.
