Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant.
Expertise in configuring and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud, including features like Enhanced Chat and Omni-Channel.
Strong understanding of the Indian IT landscape and regulatory environment.
Demonstrated experience with customer service processes optimization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Relevant Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Service Cloud Consultant).
Ability to manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.
Experience mentoring junior team members.
Proficiency in configuring and customizing standard Salesforce objects.
