Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience in corporate secretarial or administrative management.
Deep knowledge of Tanzanian company laws and regulatory compliance.
Proven track record of managing client portfolios and stakeholder relationships.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swahili.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strategic thinking capabilities to improve departmental performance.
High ethical standards and professional integrity in handling sensitive data.
