Asali Contracting Co. L.L.C. is currently hiring an experienced Site Foreman to supervise daily operations at our construction sites. The Foreman will be responsible for coordinating tasks, managing site workers, and ensuring that all activities adhere to the project timeline and safety standards. You will act as a primary point of contact between the site workers and the project management office.

Your role is vital in ensuring that materials are used efficiently and that the work environment remains safe and organized. Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Foreman or in a similar supervisory role.
In-depth knowledge of construction procedures and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical plans.
Strong leadership and human resource management skills.
Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment for all staff.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Effective communication skills in English and preferably Hindi/Urdu.
Problem-solving skills for resolving site issues promptly.
Willingness to work long hours to meet project milestones.
Knowledge of local UAE building codes and safety regulations.
