STORE MANAGER (FEMALE) @ AS RECRUIT
AS RECRUIT is currently seeking a highly motivated and professional Store Manager to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the smooth operation of our retail store, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be expected to lead the store staff, ensure store standards are met, and report directly to senior management. The position requires a candidate who can work effectively in our Sinza Kumekucha location. We are looking for an individual with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to handle daily store operations with professionalism. Key Requirements
Must be fluent in both English and Swahili
Minimum of 1 year work experience in a store manager position
Strong communication skills
Strong interpersonal and intrapersonal skills
Flexibility in work schedule

Experience in managing shop/retail outlet
Ability to handle inventory systems and point-of-sale software
