STORE MANAGER @ AS RECRUIT
AS Recruit is seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead retail operations on behalf of our client. The successful candidate will oversee daily store activities, manage staff performance, and ensure that sales targets are met while maintaining high standards of customer service and store cleanliness. The ideal professional will be responsible for inventory management, scheduling, and fostering a positive work environment. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for retail excellence. The position is based in Tanzania, with a focus on candidates residing in the Kigamboni and Sinza Kumekucha areas. The compensation for this role is TZS 700,000 per month.
Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field.
At least 5 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
High level of integrity, honesty, and reliability.
Proven ability to work independently and under pressure.
Proficiency in basic retail software and POS systems.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
