Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 5+ years of relevant accounting experience
Prior experience in a manufacturing or factory environment
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
Strong understanding of financial regulations and tax laws
Professional and disciplined attitude
Demonstrated honesty and commitment to excellence
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage and mentor junior accounting staff
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
