SITE SUPERVISOR (HVAC) @ AS RECRUIT
AS RECRUIT is looking for a skilled Site Supervisor specializing in HVAC systems. You will be responsible for overseeing project execution, leading technical teams, and ensuring that all installations and maintenance tasks meet safety and quality standards.
The salary for this position is 500,000 TZS per month. You must be able to read and interpret complex technical drawings and use digital tools for reporting purposes. We are looking for a proactive leader who can manage site challenges effectively and ensure project timelines are respected.

Key Requirements
Certificate in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of 3 years experience in HVAC project supervision.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Proficiency in using smartphones and reporting applications.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Valid driver's license or motorcycle license is a plus.
Knowledge of health and safety standards in construction/HVAC.
Ability to manage project timelines and site resources.
Willingness to travel to various project sites as required.
