AS Recruit is hiring a male Recovery Officer on behalf of our client. The role involves managing the recovery of outstanding accounts, communicating with clients professionally, and ensuring that financial obligations are met in accordance with company policies. Key Requirements
Certificate of Secondary Education and above
At least 1 year of experience in a related field
Fluent in both English and Kiswahili
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Presentable with a professional attitude
Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
High level of integrity and honesty
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Detail-oriented in documentation
Resilient and target-driven
