AS RECRUIT is looking for an Operations Manager to lead microfinance field operations. The role focuses on empowering communities through efficient branch management, credit portfolio oversight, and field team leadership. The position requires a candidate who is comfortable traveling to rural and semi-urban locations to drive operational excellence.
The successful candidate will oversee delinquency management, default recovery, and credit risk assessment. The salary for this position is 2,000,000 TZS per month. You will play a critical role in ensuring the sustainability of lending methodologies and the effective implementation of mobile collection technologies.

Key Requirements
Degree in Microfinance, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
5+ years of experience in microfinance field operations.
2-3 years of experience managing branches, credit portfolios, or teams.
Deep expertise in microfinance lending methodologies.
Proven track record in delinquency management and default recovery.
Hands-on experience with Loan Management Systems (LMS).
Proficiency in mobile collection technology.
Strong analytical skills for credit risk assessment.
Willingness to travel extensively to rural and semi-urban locations.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
