ONLINE ORDERS ASSISTANT @ AS RECRUIT
AS RECRUIT is hiring an Online Orders Assistant to support our growing digital retail presence. In this role, you will be responsible for processing incoming customer orders, coordinating with the dispatch team, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment. You will act as the primary point of contact for online customers, providing timely updates and resolving any order-related issues. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. This role operates out of our office at PR Complex, Sinza Kumekucha, and requires a high level of dedication to customer experience.
Key Requirements
Must be fluent in both English and Swahili
Minimum of 1 year work experience in an administrative or order assistant role
Strong communication and customer service skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Flexibility in work tasks
Responsible and professional attitude
Experience with digital order management platforms
Ability to handle high volumes of customer inquiries
Strong computer literacy and typing speed
Ability to maintain accurate order logs and records
