GARMENT PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR @ AS RECRUIT
AS Recruit is looking for a dedicated Garment Production Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of the production floor. The Supervisor will be responsible for managing workflow, ensuring quality control, and overseeing the team of tailors and assistants to meet production targets efficiently. You will play a key role in coordinating project timelines and maintaining a safe, organized workspace.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities and a deep understanding of garment manufacturing processes. You will troubleshoot production bottlenecks and ensure that all staff members are adhering to company quality protocols. The starting salary range for this position is TZS 300,000 – 400,000 per month.

Key Requirements
Proven experience in the related field
Ability to sew different styles of women’s clothing
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills
Honest, reliable, and able to work under pressure
Fluent in both English and Kiswahili
Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience
Ability to manage production schedules and workflows
Knowledge of garment quality assurance standards
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
