Arthan Consultancy is seeking a seasoned and strategic Finance Leader to fill the position of Financial Controller for a leading global Agri-Export group based in Tanzania. The successful candidate will have full responsibility for financial management, including IFRS reporting, Board-level Management Information Systems (MIS), and ensuring operational excellence through meticulous cost control, yield analysis, and inventory management.

Key Requirements
Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, CMA, or hold an MBA in Finance.
A minimum of 8 to 15 years of professional experience in finance and accounting.
At least 5 years of specific experience in the Agro-Processing, Food Manufacturing, or FMCG sectors.
Deep expertise in Costing, Yield Analysis, and manufacturing cost control.
Extensive experience in Export Finance and comprehensive Risk Management.
Advanced knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Proven experience in managing working capital and trade finance instruments like Letters of Credit (LCs).
Ability to manage multi-country statutory compliance and financial governance.
Strong background in Board-level MIS reporting and financial analysis.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage complex financial operations in an international setting.
