QA LEAD @ ARDOR IT SOLUTIONS
We are seeking a highly experienced QA Lead with over 10 years of professional background to join our team in the United States. This role is a long-term contract position specifically open to H1B visa holders and candidates who are open to relocation. As a QA Lead, you will be responsible for driving quality across enterprise-level applications and overseeing the entire testing lifecycle to ensure high-quality releases through effective defect management.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in both manual and automation testing frameworks, working collaboratively with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders. You will be expected to define comprehensive test strategies, drive continuous testing practices, and lead distributed teams in an Agile/Scrum environment. Technical proficiency with tools like Selenium, Cypress, Jenkins, and JIRA is essential for success in this role.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance and software testing.
Proven expertise in leading QA teams and overseeing end-to-end testing lifecycles.
Extensive hands-on experience with Manual and Automation Testing techniques.
Proficiency in using automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks.
Strong experience in API Testing using tools like Postman or REST Assured.
Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies within a project environment.
Practical experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins and Git.
Expert-level knowledge of test management and defect tracking tools like JIRA.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work across departments.
Ability to define, implement, and manage test strategies and execution plans effectively.
