ARCOVIA Capital Group is seeking a high-caliber Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team in Dubai. This board-critical mandate involves driving capital strategy at a sovereign scale, overseeing financial governance, and spearheading international expansion. The successful candidate will lead group financial performance, treasury, and enterprise risk while ensuring the organization is prepared for IPO activities and effective investor relations. The salary for this role is between $500,000 and $750,000 annually (Tax-Free).

Key Requirements
18+ years in global finance leadership roles
Extensive experience with public markets or sovereign fund exposure
Proven track record of board-level reporting and stakeholder management
Strategic and operational depth within a complex corporate environment
Expertise in group financial performance management and treasury operations
Demonstrated ability in IPO readiness and managing investor relations
Deep knowledge of capital structuring and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
Comprehensive oversight of enterprise risk management and audit functions
Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or MBA from a top-tier institution
Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or CA
