Arbete Careers is seeking an Associate Business Manager specializing in Partner Sales and Customer Success for a leading international company. The International Operations function at this organization plays a pivotal role in empowering businesses worldwide to simplify and streamline their operations. In this role, you will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and international counterparts. You will gain exposure to diverse business practices and cultural contexts while acting as the bridge between partners and Sales teams. This position is available in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam. The offered salary for this role ranges from 8,000 to 15,000 SAR.

Your primary responsibilities will include onboarding and enabling partners to adopt the company’s methodologies, assisting them in hiring and resource training, and participating in joint customer closure meetings. You will support lead generation, market positioning, and help partners achieve assisted closures to build their capability and confidence. Additionally, you will lead deep customer engagement initiatives to ensure visible business value and map customer requirements to product features. Building long-term relationships and documenting success stories are essential components of the role to ensure scalable business impact and customer advocacy across the region.

Key Requirements

Must be an Arab National. Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience. Proven track record in partner management, customer success, or sales. Knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in MS Office. Deep understanding of B2B purchasing behavior and SME operations. Skilled in customer engagement and delivering tailored solutions to MSMEs. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with excellent interpersonal skills. Strong ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring quality and timely delivery. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Experience in lead generation and joint customer closure meetings.
