EXECUTIVE SUPERVISOR – HOUSE CLEANING SERVICES @ ARABIAN GULF FACILITY MANAGEMENT (AGFM)
Arabian Gulf Facility Management (AGFM) is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Supervisor for House Cleaning Services to join our professional team at our Dubai headquarters. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning staff, ensuring that all services meet the high standards of quality and excellence that AGFM is known for. This role requires a leader who can motivate a team, manage workflows effectively, and maintain a focus on client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. As an Executive Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in our soft facility management division. You will be tasked with training new staff members, conducting regular inspections of worksites, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. We are looking for a professional who is located near or can commute to Al Rigga, Dubai, to maintain a hands-on presence.
