Key Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience specifically within the real estate industry.
Proven expertise in market research methodologies and data collection techniques.
Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate them into clear, strategic reports.
In-depth knowledge of the Egyptian real estate market and current property trends.
Proficiency in using statistical software and market research tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey findings to management.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
Capability to work full-time and manage multiple research projects simultaneously.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data reporting.
