COMMERCIAL QUANTITY SURVEYOR @ AQC FITOUT
AQC Fitout is seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Dubai. The primary focus of this role is to manage all commercial and contractual aspects of construction projects, ensuring that they are delivered within budget and meet all necessary legal and project specifications. The successful candidate will be a key player in maintaining the financial health of fit-out and large-scale construction projects through diligent cost monitoring and reporting.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field of study.
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience specifically within the UAE construction market.
Proven expertise in preparing comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and tender documentation.
In-depth understanding of FIDIC contracts and general commercial law related to construction.
Demonstrated ability to evaluate contractor quotations and conduct effective contract negotiations.
Experience in monitoring project budgets, tracking variations, and maintaining cost control.
Proficiency in preparing and managing interim valuations and final account reconciliations.
Strong skills in handling construction claims, variations, and dispute resolution processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant quantity surveying software tools.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
