FLEET WORKSHOP STOREKEEPER @ APEXX WORK FORCE
APEXX WORK FORCE is seeking a diligent Fleet Workshop Storekeeper to manage the inventory of fleet parts, consumables, and workshop materials. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics fleet by maintaining optimal stock levels and coordinating part availability for scheduled maintenance and repairs. The Storekeeper will be responsible for forecasting parts requirements and effectively communicating with the Procurement team regarding purchasing needs and supplier matters.
Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of all stock movements, ensuring the workshop always has the necessary components. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of inventory management within a demanding fleet or workshop environment, contributing significantly to operational efficiency and cost control.

Key Requirements
Diploma/Certificate in Stores Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
At least 5 years' experience in stores, inventory, or parts control, preferably in a fleet or workshop environment
Ability to interpret parts catalogues, technical manuals, and job cards
Knowledge of heavy-duty vehicle components and systems
Proficient in reporting, spreadsheets, and data management
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills for liaising with procurement and maintenance teams
Attention to detail for accurate record-keeping
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with inventory management software
