FINANCE MANAGER @ APEXX WORK FORCE
APEXX WORK FORCE is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations and provide strategic financial guidance. This role involves developing robust budgets and forecasts, creating scenario models tied to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and managing liquidity through rolling 13-week cash forecasts and working capital management. The Finance Manager will be instrumental in delivering standard financial statements (P&L, balance sheet) and performing detailed variance analysis to support business performance evaluation.
Responsibilities also include overseeing audits, ensuring tax compliance, strengthening internal controls, and optimizing ERP systems to enhance financial efficiency. The successful candidate will play a critical role in assisting business decisions through comprehensive deal appraisals, financial modeling, and contract analysis, contributing significantly to the company's financial health and strategic growth, particularly within the logistics industry.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent)
Minimum 4 years of progressive finance experience
Demonstrable track record in budget management, cash-flow forecasting, and management reporting
Hands-on experience with accounting or ERP platform (QuickBooks, Sage, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
Prior exposure to freight forwarding, logistics, shipping, or trade-finance environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively
Experience in strategic financial planning and implementation
Proven leadership and team management capabilities
Adherence to financial regulations and compliance standards
