CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR @ APEXWORK FORCE
The Construction Supervisor will oversee on-site activities related to steel roofing projects and industrial construction sites. Your main objective is to ensure that all work is completed according to technical specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. This involves leading a team of technicians and laborers, conducting regular site inspections, and managing subcontractor performance to maintain high-quality results.
You will be the primary point of contact on-site, coordinating with project managers and engineers to resolve any technical issues or resource constraints. Beyond technical oversight, you are responsible for maintaining a safe working environment by enforcing HSE protocols and conducting safety briefings. The role requires significant experience in the construction industry and the ability to interpret complex blueprints effectively.

Key Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or related field.
Extensive experience in supervising construction sites, specifically steel structures.
Strong leadership skills to manage site crews and subcontractors.
In-depth knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
Excellent project management and scheduling abilities.
Strong problem-solving skills to address on-site technical challenges.
Effective communication skills for reporting and team coordination.
Physical stamina to handle the demands of active construction sites.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various site locations.
