VALIDATION OFFICER @ APEX WORKFORCE SOLUTIONS
We are recruiting a Validation Officer on behalf of our client in the pharmaceutical industry in Dar es Salaam. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that all equipment, processes, and systems meet the required quality and performance standards through rigorous testing and documentation. This involves executing validation protocols, conducting risk assessments, and maintaining comprehensive records to support Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ensure product consistency.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of the pharmaceutical manufacturing process. You must have a strong technical background and the ability to work systematically to troubleshoot and resolve validation-related issues. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering.
Specific experience in equipment and process validation in a pharma setting.
Thorough knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.
Ability to write and execute validation protocols and reports.
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience in conducting internal audits and quality risk assessments.
High level of proficiency in MS Office for data recording.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to precision.
Strong teamwork skills to collaborate with production and quality teams.
Understanding of calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
