TECHNICAL TRAINING MANAGER @ APEX WORKFORCE SOLUTIONS
APEX WORKFORCE SOLUTIONS is currently seeking a highly skilled Technical Training Manager to join our operations in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive technical training programs tailored to the mining sector, with a specific focus on fleet maintenance and vehicle assembly operations. You will play a pivotal role in assessing organizational skill gaps, managing training budgets, and driving localization efforts to ensure a highly competent workforce.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, or Automotive Engineering.
Minimum 8-12 years of relevant automotive or commercial vehicle experience.
Minimum 3-5 years in technical training, capability development, or managerial roles.
Technical Training or Train-the-Trainer certification preferred.
Strong practical knowledge of commercial trucks and heavy vehicles.
Proven ability to develop training strategies and manage departmental budgets.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to facilitate knowledge transfer.
Proficiency in creating and managing technical skill matrices.
Experience in delivering practical training for vehicle assembly and maintenance.
Commitment to maintaining high safety and technical standards in a mining environment.
