SECTOR MANAGER @ APEX WORKFORCE SOLUTIONS
APEX WORKFORCE SOLUTIONS is currently seeking a highly motivated Sector Manager to join our manufacturing and building materials division. This role is pivotal for developing and strengthening relationships with mining clients through consistent site engagement and strategic stakeholder management across East and Central Africa.
The successful candidate will drive technical sales of steel products, building solutions, and specialized mining support systems. You will be responsible for managing tenders, quotations, and BOQs, while ensuring project delivery, procurement, and compliance with high-quality safety standards to meet and exceed profitability targets.

Key Requirements
3-7 years of hands-on experience in Technical Sales or Site Engineering
Proven track record in 'hunter' roles within industrial markets
Familiarity with structural steel fabrication and PEB systems
Experience in managing high-value tenders and proposals
Strong understanding of mining support hardware
Ability to drive profitability and budget targets
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of local content compliance in mining
Professional degree in Engineering or a related technical field
Willingness to travel for regular site visits
