The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end production process, ensuring that all manufacturing activities align with international quality standards and strict regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include supervising the granulation and compression stages, managing equipment maintenance, and ensuring personnel safety on the production floor.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
Proven experience in tablet and capsule manufacturing within a pharmaceutical setting.
Deep understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards.
Knowledge of operating granulation, compression, and coating machinery.
Ability to maintain accurate production logs and batch documentation.
Strong attention to detail regarding batch consistency and quality control.
Familiarity with safety standards and protocols in a lab/factory environment.
Capability to work effectively in a team-oriented production floor.
Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot production line issues.
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with the quality assurance team.
