Apex Workforce Solutions is looking for a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator/Assistant to join our dynamic team in the Oil & Gas sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and confidential employee records, including contracts, leave records, disciplinary files, and personal data. You will also play a key role in preparing essential documentation such as employment contracts, probation confirmations, contract renewals, and termination letters, ensuring full compliance with the Tanzania Labor Laws. In addition to administrative tasks, you will assist in handling employee grievances and disciplinary cases, promoting a fair and productive workplace environment.The role also involves supporting the financial aspect of HR by collecting and verifying payroll inputs, including attendance, overtime, leave, and allowances. This position requires a professional with a strong understanding of HR best practices and the ability to manage diverse HR functions within a mid to large-sized organization. Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human resources management, Business Administration, Law or any other related field. 4+ years of progressive HR experience in a professional environment. Strong knowledge of Tanzania labor laws, HR policies, and best practices. Proven experience in leading HR functions in a mid to large-sized organization. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic HR information systems. Ability to maintain accurate and confidential employee records including contracts and personal data. Experience in preparing employment contracts, probation confirmations, and termination letters. Skill in collecting and verifying payroll inputs such as attendance, overtime, and leave. Capacity to handle employee grievances and disciplinary cases in line with fair labour practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team coordination. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced industry.
