DEMAND PLANNER MANAGER @ APEX WORKFORCE SOLUTIONS
APEX WORKFORCE SOLUTIONS is currently seeking a highly skilled Demand Planner Manager to join our manufacturing team, specializing in Building and Construction Materials. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex production, material, dispatch, and transportation plans that are fully aligned with our sales forecasts and broader business objectives. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between sales and supply chain operations through effective S&OP processes.
In addition to technical planning, the Demand Planner Manager will oversee inventory levels to prevent stock-outs while monitoring planning efficiency and forecast accuracy. You will provide leadership and support for team development, manage budgets, ensure compliance with corporate standards, and drive continuous performance improvement across the department. The role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate both manufacturing environments and service-oriented logistics.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (MBA preferred).
7-10 years of overall professional experience.
At least 6 years of experience in a relevant demand planning or supply chain role.
Prior experience in the Manufacturing or Service sector.
Strong analytical and probing skills for complex problem solving.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
Experience using CRM software and ERP systems.
Strong decision-making capabilities in fast-paced environments.
Demonstrated ability in team leadership and performance management.
Knowledge of budgeting and organizational compliance.
