CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR @ APEX WORKFORCE SOLUTIONS
The Construction Supervisor will oversee on-site installation projects related to steel roofing solutions. This position requires a hands-on leader who can manage site personnel and ensure that all construction activities are executed according to technical specifications and safety standards in the Dar es Salaam region.
You will be responsible for monitoring project progress, managing resource allocation on-site, and acting as the primary point of contact for technical issues. Your expertise will ensure that roofing structures are installed with precision, durability, and in full compliance with the client's high-quality manufacturing standards.

Key Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
Extensive practical experience in construction site supervision and labor management.
Technical expertise in steel structure installation and roofing systems.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse work crews.
Commitment to maintaining rigorous Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
Ability to interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical manuals.
Excellent time-management skills to ensure project completion on schedule.
Proactive problem-solving skills for managing on-site technical challenges.
Clear communication skills for providing regular progress reports to management.
Willingness to travel to various construction sites as required by the client.
