MANAGER: ENGINEERING, UTILITY & PROJECTS - 1 POSITION @ APEX WORK FORCE
Apex Workforce Solutions is recruiting for a Manager of Engineering, Utility & Projects to oversee facility infrastructure and capital projects. This role focuses on the critical utility systems that support pharmaceutical production, including purified water, compressed air, and steam generation. You will be responsible for ensuring these systems meet the rigorous regulatory standards required for pharmaceutical manufacturing while also managing the implementation of new facility projects.
The role involves a heavy focus on project lifecycle management, from initial design and budgeting to final execution and handover. You will work closely with maintenance and production departments to ensure that utility services are reliable and efficient. This position requires a strategic thinker who can balance day-to-day utility operations with the long-term planning of engineering projects to support the company's growth in the region.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (BE/B.Tech) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
8 or more years of experience in utility management or engineering projects.
Extensive knowledge of purified water systems (PW/WFI) and treatment plants.
Experience managing large-scale technical projects within a manufacturing setting.
Proficiency in overseeing the operation of boilers, chillers, and large compressors.
Strong background in maintenance planning for facility-wide utility systems.
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD for project design and layout planning.
Skilled in using SAP for project tracking and maintenance schedules.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and timelines for engineering projects.
Comprehensive understanding of pharmaceutical GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) for utilities.
