QUALITY ASSURANCE (QA) ENGINEER @ APAR TECHNOLOGIES
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing comprehensive test plans and creating detailed test cases based on specific business requirements. You will work closely with the development and product teams to map determined criteria and priorities, ensuring that all software releases meet our quality standards. Your role involves performing System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), while accurately documenting outcomes and reproducing identified problems to facilitate efficient resolution.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. You will be proficient in using industry-standard tools such as Postman, Jira, Zephyr, and Confluence to track defects and manage test coverage. Beyond technical execution, you will provide valuable feedback on product feature improvements from a user perspective and help identify potential risks associated with test plans. This role requires collaboration across multiple platforms, including Desktop, Mobile, Web, and API, to ensure a seamless product delivery process for our users.

Key Requirements
Design comprehensive test plans and create test cases based on business requirements.
Differentiate between SIT and UAT to create appropriate test scenarios for each phase.
Review requirements and specifications to define clear test conditions.
Prepare test data and a Test Coverage Matrix (TCM) as per defined conditions.
Execute functional testing, SIT, and UAT while documenting outcomes accurately.
Identify, log, and track defects effectively using bug-tracking tools like JIRA and Zephyr.
Identify and report issues and risks associated with the overall test plan.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper test coverage and delivery.
Provide feedback on product feature improvements from a user experience perspective.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
Proven experience with test tools such as Postman, Jira, Zephyr, and Confluence.
Skilled in testing across multiple platforms including Desktop, Mobile, Web, and API.
