We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Medical Representative to join our dynamic pharmaceutical team in Dubai. This role is pivotal in promoting our cardiovascular product portfolio to specialized healthcare professionals within major hospital networks across the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing sales strategies, conducting product presentations, and maintaining strong professional relationships with key stakeholders in Dubai's medical community. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background in pharmacy and a proven track record in the UAE pharmaceutical market, specifically focusing on hospital-based sales. You will work closely with medical staff to provide evidence-based information regarding our treatments, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through informed prescribing. Candidates must be self-driven, possess excellent communication skills, and have the local market knowledge necessary to navigate the complexities of Dubai's hospital environment.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy is an absolute requirement.
Proven experience as a Medical Representative specifically within the UAE.
Demonstrated experience working directly with Dubai hospitals.
Specialized clinical knowledge or experience in cardiovascular therapy.
Possession of a valid and clean driving license.
Must currently be residing in the United Arab Emirates.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong selling, negotiation, and persuasion techniques.
Ability to work effectively within a dynamic and fast-paced team.
Strong professional relationship-building and networking capabilities.
