ENGINEER @ ANKA ARCHITECTURE AND ENGINEERING LTD
ANKA Architecture and Engineering Ltd is seeking a qualified Engineer to support our engineering department. You will be responsible for overseeing technical aspects of construction projects, ensuring that structural integrity and safety standards are maintained throughout the lifecycle of our high-rise and commercial buildings.
The ideal candidate will be expected to provide technical expertise to our on-site teams and collaborate with architects to ensure design feasibility. As an integral part of the engineering team, you will ensure that all operations are handled efficiently while maintaining the high-quality standards that ANKA Architecture and Engineering Ltd is known for in the Tanzanian market.

Key Requirements
Minimum 10 years of professional experience
Proven experience in Residential, Commercial and High-Rise Building Projects
Familiarity with local technicians and construction teams
Fluent in English, Swahili and Urdu
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and deliver quality results
Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
In-depth knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
Experience in technical report writing and project budgeting
Expertise in engineering software and technical documentation
