The successful candidate will be involved in various projects, including residential, commercial, and high-rise building developments. This role requires a professional who can lead design processes and collaborate effectively with construction teams to deliver high-quality infrastructure across Tanzania.
The Architect will work independently to ensure projects meet design standards, safety regulations, and client requirements. You will be expected to utilize your extensive experience to oversee architectural projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring excellence in every phase of the development cycle.

Key Requirements
Minimum 10 years of professional experience
Proven experience in Residential, Commercial and High-Rise Building Projects
Familiarity with local technicians and construction teams
Fluent in English, Swahili and Urdu
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and deliver quality results
Proficiency in AutoCAD and architectural design software
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage complex project timelines
