Key Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural design
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
Expert knowledge of local building codes and authority regulations
Experience in Residential, Commercial, and High-Rise projects
Strong leadership and communication abilities
Fluent in English, Swahili, and Urdu
Ability to work independently
Attention to detail and quality focus
Advanced problem-solving skills
Professional certification in Architecture
