SENIOR FUEL SPECIALIST @ ANILKUMAR
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Fuel Specialist to oversee our critical fuel operations within the Oil & Gas downstream and midstream sectors. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing daily fuel station activities, coordinating complex logistics, and ensuring the highest standards of operational efficiency and safety are maintained across our regional network.
In this role, you will be responsible for stock reconciliation, inventory reporting, and implementing rigorous loss control measures. You will work closely with third-party depots and transport partners to ensure a seamless fuel supply chain, while upholding strict compliance with HSSE and industry-specific operational standards to drive our organizational performance in Tanzania and the wider East African market.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Chemistry, Business Administration or a related field
Minimum 8 years of practical experience in the Oil & Gas industry
Proven expertise in depot management and fuel station operations
Extensive knowledge of inventory control, fuel measurement, and reconciliation
Strong understanding of fuel loss control and variance mitigation
Regional logistics experience within East Africa
Proficiency in HSSE compliance and operational safety standards
Demonstrated ability to manage third-party depot relationships
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex logistical challenges
Excellent reporting and administrative capabilities for operational audits
