Key Requirements
Strong experience in 3D visualization and architectural layouts.
Proficiency in industry-standard software such as 3ds Max and SketchUp.

Advanced technical skills in AutoCAD for producing detailed execution drawings.
Good understanding of building materials, finishes, and construction details.
Ability to deliver modern, clean, and high-end aesthetic designs.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to precision in all tasks.
Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple project tasks.
Portfolio demonstrating high-quality 3D interior and exterior renders.
